ABOUT THIS ROLE

Fulwell is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should be highly organised, have a good eye for detail, and be confident working with numbers and financial data. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. The position will report to the Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Processing invoices and credit card expenses
Managing purchase orders
Daily booking of purchase invoices & preparation of payment runs (GBP & USD)
Raising of sales invoices (GBP & USD), including dealing with both internal and external supplier queries
Undertaking bank reconciliations for multi-currency accounts
Undertaking additional ad-hoc projects, tasks and duties of a similar responsibility level

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Experience of processing accounts payable in both GBP and USD
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with superior attention to detail
NetSuite experience is a plus
